Bullying, Harassment, Discrimination, and Student Safety Policy
In compliance with federal and state law, the Dayton Regional STEM School has adopted a number of policies on bullying, harassment, and discrimination. The documents below supersede any other documents in existence.

Annual Bullying Incident Report
In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, DRSS must report the number of incidents of bullying, harassment, and intimidation which resulted in disciplinary action. These are reported semi-annually at the Regular Meeting of the Dayton Regional STEM School Governing Board. Below you can find the current number of incidents of bullying, harassment, and intimidation for grades 6-12 during the 2020-21 school year:

Reporting Procedures
"Stay Safe - Speak Up!" - Any student, staff, or school community member can use the hotline to report incidents of bullying, harassment, discrimination, or abuse anonymously by phone or text message.
Title IX Formal Complaint Form - Any student, staff, or school community member may submit this formal complaint form to report incidents of bullying, harassment, discrimination, or abuse.
