Mission and Vision
The mission of the Dayton Regional STEM School is to prepare and inspire the next generation of leaders and innovators.
We will create an innovative learning community whose members are prepared to lead and serve.
The Real World Starts Here
Founded in 2009, the Dayton Regional STEM School is a public independent STEM school located in Kettering, Ohio. Our 770 students in grades 6-12 represent over 35 districts in 7 counties throughout the Dayton region. Students are admitted via lottery and there is no tuition. Our unique and student-centered education model is focused on principles of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math), STEM career pathways, project-based learning, career exploration, professional competencies, and workforce development for the region.
