Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

At the Dayton Regional STEM School, we are committed to:
  • Creating equitable learning opportunities
  • Offering culturally-responsive supports
  • Fostering an inclusive community
  • Recognizing and celebrating our diversity
Over the years, our staff and students have engaged in meaningful conversations surrounding the topics of race, diversity, equity, and inclusion. It is so important that every single STEM student feels safe in their learning environment and receives the best educational experience possible. In order to achieve this goal, we must listen to the different voices that make up our school community, learn how to best serve their unique needs, and actively engage in our school’s diversity.

The Dayton Regional STEM School stands firmly against the discrimination of any student or individual on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, religion, etc.
